Mokk farm is located in beautiful surroundings 40 km east of Steinkjer, in wild terrain just at the foot of the mountain. At Mokk you can feel the nature and the serenity in the “wilderness”. You are met by a friendly and welcoming host, who strives to make your stay the best it can be. Whether you are here as part of a group through business or private, a festive event or a family outing, you are in safe hands. Combinations of meetings, physical activities and delicious homemade food with natural ingredients are some of the options available.
The possibilities are numerous at Mokk farm, whether you are hiring the premises with self-catering or full board. Small and large groups are welcome by prior agreement for accommodation and dining.

ACCOMMODATION
Mokk offer accommodation for small and large groups, with 40 beds in 17 rooms, either in the cosy annex or the main farmhouse from 1896.
The rooms are of a simple standard, without private showers and toilets (showers and toilets are in the hall way). The distinctive house is over 100 years old and has a wonderful big livingroom/lounge with an open fireplace, a dining room and a spacious kitchen.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available for pre-order according to wishes and requirements.
DINING
At Mokk farm you can enjoy delicious homemade food prepared with natures natural ingredients with a focus on wild game, berries and vegetables from the local area. Generous portions of traditional farmers fare are served in the dining room in the distinctive 100 year old main house. Following lunch/dinner, you can enjoy coffee and desert in the large and cosy lounge with open fireplace. The spacious kitchen is available for self-catering. Lunch around open fire outdoors is a creative way to enjoy your lunch with us, in addition to indoors.
MEETINGS & EVENTS
We have adapted part of the farm as a large and modern meeting room where your group can have your activity in private surroundings. The room can also be used for festive occasions. In addition, we also offer meetings and gatherings in the main house.

HIKING, HUNTING & FISHING
There are excellent opportunities for hiking both during summer and winter. You can follow marked trails through unspoilt countryside, and perhaps stop at one of the many fishing spots in the area. In early spring ice-fishing is very popular. There are plenty of cabins in the mountains where you can take shelter or stop for a picnic. There is an abundance of small game in the mountains and in the woodlands below the tree line for those who are interested in hunting.
