Roundtrip from Steinkjer – Henning
Medium – about 25 km
It is advisable to start the bike ride from the city centre.
Along the route are Bunadburet at Bjerkem, Oftenåsen recreation area, Solheim Riding School, Hornemannhølen Badested (seaside), Brandsegg waterfall and burial mounds.

Leksdalsvatnet roundtrip
Demanding – about 75 km
The tour around Leksdalsvatnet can be cycled in one go, or it can be cycled as two to three separate trips. Start your tour at the tourist office where there is free parking, bike rentals, sale of maps and trail guidance.

Ytterøya round-trip
Easy – about 27 km
Ytterøya is known as the Trondheim Fjord pearl and has a rich history. Rent a bike at the tourist office and start the trip by ferry from Levanger city centre. The tour is suitable for adults and children. The road is not very wide and there is not a lot of traffic. You cycle along well maintained farms, grazing animals and always with great views to the fjord and the mainland.

Easy – about 7 km
Great little bike ride in Straumen and the surrounding area that truly offers the best of Trøndersk culture landscape. Take a detour to Øyna and enjoy the view!

Great bike ride of 30 km around Borgfjorden in Inderøya/Steinkjer. The route winds its way between Trøndersk farms and beautiful culture landscape, passing among others Mære church Gjørv Farm and Gulburet.
