The Trondheimfjorden extends inland and splits into several fjord arms in Innherred. The Borgenfjorden is connected to the rest of the fjord system with Norway’s 2. strongest tidal flow; Straumen.

Jægtvolden Fjordhotel is beautifully situated in scenic surroundings along the Golden Road in Inderøy just 1,5 hours from Trondheim.
All rooms are of a good standard, with spacious bathrooms. Half of the rooms overlook the fjord and half face the park garden. Some have a porch, whilst others have direct access to the park. All rooms and living rooms are accessible for the handicapped

Up btween the treetops in Inderøy, you can lower your shoulders and lean back for a relaxing stay.  At “Hasselhaugen“, among birds and animals, there is a cabin a bit out of the ordinary hidden among the pine trees – tucked away from everyday stress. On stilts among the treetops, the cabin gives a rare combination of low visibility into the cabin, with amazing views over the Beistadfjorden!

– Wigen is a “modern” cottage built on the foundations of an old croft from the 17-1800s. With respect for the historic place and a wish to convey the history, 2 small houses have been contructed under one roof.

Letnes is a good base for bike rides around Inderøy, bird watching, moose safari og exploring the beautiful hiking trails in Inderøy. 

Koa Camping

Koa Camping is located in beautiful surroundings and is easily accessible from the E6. The cabins and pitches for tents and mobile homes are all facing the sunny side, thus offering panoramic views of the Trondheimsfjorden, with possibly the longest open fjord Stretch in Norway. Great hiking trails nearby and if you are interested in fishing, Koa also offer boat rentals.
Koa is located in Inderøy municipality right between Levanger and Steinkjer, just 10 Norwegian miles from Trondheim.

CAmping place which is open year round situated in a beautiful located right at the edge of Trondheimsfjorden in Levanger.
